By connecting your wallet and using PNL Arena, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PNL Arena. By using the platform you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. What PNL Arena is (and isn't)

PNL Arena is a competition platform only. It is not a financial product and not investment advice. Nothing on the platform is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

3. Data accuracy

PNL and trade data are sourced from third-party APIs (Cielo Finance, Birdeye, Helius) and may not be 100% accurate. Airdrops, LP positions, wash trades, and API limitations can all affect the numbers. Stats are approximate.

4. Fair play

The following are strictly prohibited:

Cheating or manipulating results in any way
Using fake, throwaway, or sybil wallets to game matchmaking or rankings
Wash trading or artificially inflating PNL

5. Camera & microphone conduct

The camera and microphone are optional features for live battles. You must not use the microphone or camera to harass, threaten, or share inappropriate content during battles. Violations may result in a permanent wallet ban.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to ban any wallet from the platform at our sole discretion, including for violations of these terms.

7. Entertainment only

All matches, rankings, and results are for entertainment and competition purposes only. PNL Arena is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
